Ultra Compass does rely on device sensors, such as location, pressure, gyroscope, etc. to provide access to the functionality in the App. None of the data from these sensors are collected, transmitted, or shared with anyone and is only collected locally on the device to provide the core app functionality such as: providing an offline navigation guide using user coordinates without internet connection.
How We Achieve "No Data Collection"
Local Processing: All functionalities of the App are processed entirely on your device. No data is sent to our servers or any third-party servers.
No Analytics Tools: We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (Software Development Kits) or services that could collect information about your usage.
No Third-Party Advertisements: The App does not display advertisements, which often rely on tracking and data collection.
No User Accounts: There are no user accounts, logins, or registration processes that would require us to collect your personal information.
No Cloud Syncing: If the app has any data you create, it is stored solely on your device and is not synced to any cloud service by us.
Information Stored Locally on Your Device (If Applicable)
If the App allows you to create or save content (e.g., waypoints, settings), this information is stored only on your device. We do not have access to this information, and it is not transmitted to us or any third party. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up this local data.
